A blog presents a template to you to complete with each new entry.  As you make your entry, that is immediately formatted as a web page and published to the “blog” as a web page where it can be viewed by your users.  Because the blog takes the burden of technical knowledge out of putting daily thoughts and entries out onto the internet, it has set off an explosion in communications in recent years.  And like any explosion in communications that surge of activity is ripe with potential for marketing and gaining new business even for such a “non technical” topic driven web sites as your web pages.
